Dragon Digitals is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specializing in providing top-notch digital marketing solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an entry-level PPC Manager and Marketing Channel Supervisor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our paid advertising efforts and supervise all marketing channels to drive success for our clients.

◉ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

◉ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

◉ Oversee and coordinate all marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

◉ Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence.

◉ Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO and PPC campaigns.

◉ Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to track campaign success.

◉ Collaborate with designers and developers to align marketing strategies with creative content.

◉ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

◉ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

◉ Proficiency in managing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram Ads.

◉ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing and Content Marketing strategies.

◉ Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.

◉ Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.

◉ Creative thinking and attention to detail.

◉ Team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

◉ Good communication skills, especially in English.

Probation Period: 4 months

Salary: Up to 25,000/-

Salary Review: Increment After Probation + Twice a Year

Festival Bonus: Two
